Heat transfer printing is a new printing technology, which has been introduced from abroad for less than 10 years. The process printing method is divided into transfer film printing and transfer processing. The transfer film printing adopts dot printing (resolution up to 300 dpi), and the patterns are preprinted on the film surface. The printed patterns are rich in layers, bright in color, ever-changing, with small color difference and good reproducibility, which can meet the requirements of designers and are suitable for mass production.
The transfer processing transfers the beautiful patterns on the transfer film to the product surface through the heat transfer machine processing (heating and pressurization)。 After forming, the ink layer and the product surface dissolve into one, which is lifelike and beautiful, and greatly improves the product grade. However, due to the high technology content of this process, many materials need to be introduced from abroad.
